Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as Wuling Group) was established in 1996. It is a large state -owned state -owned enterprise authorized by the Guangxi District Government. It is one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China and one of the top 500 information enterprises. In 2002, through asset reorganization and deepening reforms, Wuling Group realized the "three -party cooperation" with SAIC Group and the United States General Motor Corporation with all the vehicle business, and established SAIC -GM Wuling Motor Co., Ltd.
